Homemade 100% Dark Cooking Chocolate Bar
Absolute 100% dark chocolate recipe for baking, making sugar free chocolate chips or chocolate curls for cake decorating. Zero sugar keto recipe!
This keto cooking chocolate bar has only two ingredients - cocoa powder and cocoa butter!
It's ideal for baking with, especially for making into choc chips where you don't want to add any extra sweetness or added sugar.
Traditionally chocolate is packed with sugar, but using 100% darkest chocolate means that you can control the level of sweetness you like.
If you do want some sweetness, add stevia drops until you reach the level you want.
This keto chocolate bar is not for snacking on unless you already love 100% dark chocolate as the taste is quite bitter on it's own!
Simply melt the cocoa butter, I usually use the microwave. Blast for 30 seconds, stir, repeat until melted. Stir in the cocoa powder until completely smooth.
It doesn't take long to set, only about half an hour in the fridge.
It chops easily into nice chunks for chocolate chip cookies.
Or grate into chocolate curls for decorating homemade sugar free cakes!

INGREDIENTS
- 50g Cocoa or Cacao powder
- 50g Cocoa butter
RECIPE METHOD
- Grate cocoa butter, heat in microwave or over a low heat until melted
- Add cocoa powder and stir thoroughly until smooth
- Pour into chocolate bar mould and chill for 30 minutes
