Sugar Free Coleslaw Recipe
Easy and healthy coleslaw recipe, a side dish that pairs with almost anything! Just a few simple ingredients for a delicious creamy coleslaw dressing.
Traditionally coleslaw contains a lot of added sugar, but this creamy dressing recipe allows the natural sweetness of the carrots to shine through.
We use a 50-50 mix of our homemade sugar free mayonnaise and sour cream, with a little mustard powder for a tangy creamy coleslaw dressing!
Chop the cabbage and carrots very finely so that they mix well with the dressing.
Allow to marinade at least 30 minutes, the dressing will gradually turn a lovely pink if you used the red cabbage.
Ideal for a barbecue side dish, coleslaw pairs well with almost anything!
This coleslaw will happily keep for 5 days in the fridge.
