INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Small red cabbage
  • 2 Small carrots
  • 300 ml Homemade mayonnaise
  • 300 ml Sour cream
  • 2 tsp Mustard powder

RECIPE METHOD

  • Finely chop cabbage and grate carrots
  • Stir together the mayo, sour cream and mustard powder until smooth
  • Combine thoroughly and allow to marinade for 30 minutes
